Resizing Policy

Engagement rings and wedding bands are eligible for one complimentary resize within 60 days of the delivery date. Additional resizes, and resizes requested after 60 days, are available at cost.

Shipping

• Canada: complimentary shipping both ways, with a prepaid label provided.
• United States: ship your ring to us at your expense, and we will return it at no charge.

Exceptions

Full eternity bands cannot be resized due to their continuous setting. We recommend confirming your ring size with our team before placing your order.

Third-Party Alterations

Resizing or alterations performed by another jeweler are not covered by our Warranty.
