All shipments include:

- We cannot ship to PO boxes
- Residential or commercial addresses only

What if I'm not home?

- You can arrange redelivery or pickup

What if my package is lost or stolen?

What if my package is damaged?
- Do not accept delivery if box is visibly damaged
- If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 24 hours with photos
- We'll arrange immediate replacement at no cost
What if tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive it?
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact carrier first (they may have left it in a safe location)
- Contact us within 48 hours if still missing
π INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & Duties:
Important: International customers (outside USA and Canada) are responsible for:
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Brokerage fees (if applicable)
- Any other fees imposed by your country
These fees vary by country and are NOT included in your order total.
Customs Declarations:
- We accurately declare all item values
- We cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue them
- This is required by law

Refused Shipments:
- If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, you are responsible for:

- We cannot guarantee successful address changes once shipped
